WHAT ARE NFTS?

A Non Fungible Token is a digital certificate of authenticity stored on a digital database called a blockchain. NFTs are digital assets, publicly verifiable intellectual property, authenticated like gifs, mp3, videos and any other file formats that are certified as one of a kind. It is an asset that can't be substituted, which gives it unique attributes.

HOW DO NFTS WORK?

NFTs can be exchanged for digital assets that have value, such as a house, a painting, theatre tickets, some of these assets are physical and tangible while others are digital and intangible. In YO we create digital assets that you can mint, create and own.

STEP 01

You need a (crypto) wallet to purchase and store your crypto. YO has created a crypto wallet within the platform so you do not need to get a wallet from any of the stores.

STEP 02

YO's wallet is private with no gas fee charges, create, mint and trade (sell) your NFTs. There are really high fees associated with creating NFTs outside of YO.

STEP 03

Now that your wallet is setup, you can create, sell, buy and collect NFTs within the YO marketplace or export to popular NFT marketplaces to connect to different marketplace. There are no fees to buy and sell within YO, once you go outside, you will have to pay all gas fees associated.

HOW TO TURN YOUR DIGITAL LIFE INTO NFTs?

STEP 01

YO enables you to simply create all types of content within the YO platform from images, videos etc. Upload your images or videos to YO, then you can mint your NFT as a unique asset.

STEP 02

Click to upload your file, follow the instructions carefully, and Ta-da! Your brand new NFT is securely stored in your blockchain wallet. You can find it in your Profile gallery. Go ahead share it with friends!
